Dr. Rinku Saini, Director at Save Kids Trust, brought warmth and energy to a special winter health care session for adolescent girls. The educational seminar was packed with helpful tips on tackling common winter health challenges, easy daily routines, and clever home remedies—plus a fun rundown of “Do’s and Don’ts” to keep everyone feeling their best all season long! The girls got practical ways to stay healthy and build great habits, all in a friendly, interactive setting.
