Tarak's New Foot

Tarak lost his ankle & foot in a workplace accident in January 2020. His injury left him unable to work and stay-at-home Covid-19 orders for 6 more weeks made it even harder for him to seek treatment and begin the road back to earning a living for his family.

Tarak lives in a state in the northern part of India but he has a friend who lives in Jaipur. This friend knows the mission of Save Kids Trust and trusts us for his family’s health needs. He invited Tarak to come to SKT for help. After an 11-hour train ride and a visit to the clinic, SKT was able to help him get fit, and pay for, a new lower leg. Tarak has returned home to his family and is now able to walk and work.
