2015 Swine Flu

​Sharwan had just gotten off a bus stop near Jalanadungri Basti in Jaipur when he noticed some older boys. After formal greetings and introductions he learned they were in the 10th standard, which is like American sophomore year of high school. They were about 16 years old. 

Sharwan asked them if they knew anything about swine flu and how it is spreading through the people. They answered, “No, sorry sir”. 

Sharwan shared the facts. They joined Sharwan for the rest of the day going door to door in the slum community to tell others how to be safe. 

Sharwan exclaimed in reporting this story, “This happens only in India!”
